Accreditations

An environmentally conscious company, daisy has the ISO14001 accreditation, evidence the company is committed to limiting its impact on the environment through its everyday activities.

In accordance with this accreditation all daisy customers have the option to choose e-billing. Not only does this reduce costs to the company but it allows those savings to be passed on to customers in the form of competitive pricing.

This ISO14001 accreditation is audited for compliance every year, and has been held since 2003.  All contracts, including energy supply contracts, are reviewed annually and daisy attempt to use ISO14001 accredited suppliers where possible.

Other accreditation's include the ISO9001/2000, a quality management system which identifies and monitors the processes daisy adheres to. This management system has been put in place to monitor, measure and analyse the processes the company use, and ensure we implement the actions required to achieve our planned results and the continuous improvement of our processes.

It recognises that we have systems in place to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Internal audits and regulatory audits ensure that we continue to maintain and improve our standards, to the benefit of our customers, suppliers and employees and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of daisy.

The company also boasts the Investors in People award, recognition of daisy's commitment to staff and the continuous development and mechanisms in place to ensure they are kept informed of the company's goals and progress.
