Matthew Riley, Chief Executive Officer

A serial entrepreneur who began his career serving as a modern apprentice technician in telecommunications engineering, Matthew went on to become a sales executive with the same company and reached regional manager level before leaving the company and further his career in the industry.

His next role saw him again rise through the ranks to become Corporate Sales Manager for the UK. Matthew has already built and subsequently sold three successful limited companies connected to the communications sector.

Ian McKenzie, Non-Executive Chairman

Ian McKenzie has spent more than 38 years in the telecommunication and broadcast industry working in key international markets.

Initially with British Telecom in a number of senior positions, leading divisions to successfully target business and consumer markets with voice, data, broadband and complex solution services, both in the UK and Europe.

His final position was as chief operating officer in the Asia Pacific Region. He then joined Kingston Communications, a leading UK alternative telecommunication service provider as chief operating officer.

Matt Peters, Finance Director

Matt is a chartered accountant (ACA) and Economics and Management Studies graduate with a broad range of experience within the accountancy profession (business advisory and corporate finance) and more recently within corporate banking. A consistent high achiever with a First Class Honours degree and a national prize winner in ACA exams, Matt spent eight years at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance with four years as assistant director.

Tony Dixon, Commercial Director

Formerly employed in the public sector at a senior level, Tony holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a second Master of Laws degree, specialising in business and employment law (LLM). Tony currently oversees the Commercial and HR and administration teams, in addition to ensuring that the high standards, set by I.S.O. and Investors in People, are continued from year to year. He represents the telecoms industry on the member Board of the Telecommunications Ombudsman (Otelo) and is a member of the Finance Board of the Ombudsman Service.

Stefni Oliver, Operations Director

After leaving education Stefni spent time traveling and working abroad, before returning to England and working customer service based roles within the leisure and pharmaceuticals industries. The 27-year-old joined daisy five years ago when there were only 12 people working for the newly established communications firm and in January 2007 she became the first female board member when she was appointed operations director. Stefni has completed an Executive Diploma in Strategic Management, and is now in the final stages of completing her MBA.
