Working at daisy really does have its benefits, with weekly and quarterly incentives for staff, the company takes rewarding hard work very seriously.

Recent Incentives

Spain - September 2007

Earlier this year 25 lucky staff from the firm were whisked off to the millionaire's playground of Puerto Banus for three days of sun, sea and sangria, as well as fine food and a bit of dolphin spotting. The trip was a reward for staff who hit targets for the company's sales incentive, launched at the beginning of the new financial year.

Chief Executive Officer Matthew Riley decided to set the sales team the target at the beginning of April and present the Daisy staff with a reward they weren't likely to forget in a hurry.

"We wanted to really give the staff something to work towards", he said. "I think the old fashioned style of properly rewarding your employees when they have worked hard is sorely missed in a lot of companies and it is something we are keen to promote here.

Following a successful Q3 sales incentive, held internally by the telecoms company, 20 members of staff enjoyed five days away in the Porte du Soleil region of Morzine. The trip was launched to employees in October following a similar sales incentive to Puerto Banus, Spain, last year. 

Sales staff were given the objective of surpassing their targets for the months of October, November and December in order to qualify for the trip, with additional places being opened up to non-sales staff as well as the company's business and reseller partners.

After a pre-holiday gathering at daisy's offices on the Lomeshaye Estate on Friday, January 18th, the party flew to Geneva before crossing the border and being whisked off into the French mountains. With lessons provided for everyone, all members were given the option of attending ski school during the day, while the après ski provided much entertainment in the evening.
