Deloitte names daisy fastest growing company in the North West |

daisy has been ranked as the fastest growing technology company in the North West. The company has been placed number 18 in Deloitte's Fast 50, a ranking of the fast growing technology companies in the UK, based on average percentage growth of revenues over the last five years. Appearing in the chart for a second successive year, daisy has been recognised for a growth of 1202%. The achievement has been credited to a financially strong 12 months and a market for providing a more affordable communications solutions for small-medium businesses. Matthew Riley said: "It is no surprise this year's Fast 50 is dominated by companies that provide economical solutions to boost business efficiencies, and daisy definitely falls into that category. "Our business model has remained much the same since the company's inception in 2001, and I think a lot of the recent sales are down to an increase in cost-cutting among our target SMB market. "But nonetheless, it's been an amazingly busy year for us. We have completed a string of acquisitions and these have started to have a significant impact on our current year financial performance. " And Rob Seldon, Deloitte Technology partner for the North, has paid tribute to daisy's continued growth. "Achieving sustained revenue growth of 1202% over five years is a tremendous accomplishment during challenging times for the technology sector," he said. "Daisy Communications exceptional growth puts it in select company." And in line with this sustained growth, the firm has laid down ambitious plans to bolster its staff base and further increase its customer numbers, which are now in excess of 30,000. |
