Unable to make outgoing calls yet able to receive calls

Please carry out the following tests and gather the following information before logging a call to the Repair Team.  We cannot progress a fault until these are carried out.

Please make a note of the message/symptoms you are experiencing when making an outgoing call. 

Please make a note of the number you are trying to call from.

Please use the following prefixes - these can be carried out by lifting your receiver and getting a dial tone (If you are not able to receive a dial tone, click here

Once you have a dial tone (you may need to press ‘9' for an outside line if you have a system), dial the prefixes below, followed by a telephone number.

For example - for the first test, dial 1280 01234567890

  • 141
  • 1411280

 
Finally, we need three example numbers you have tried and failed to call, and the times these were tried.
