Q. Are daisy part of BT?

A. - No, daisy are not part of BT. Daisy are one of the UK’s leading independent communications specialists, offering business customers independent, in-depth and impartial advice whilst providing them with quality service and reliability.

Q. Can daisy offer services to residential customers?

A. Daisy only offer services to business customers, however, a residential account can be transferred to a business account if a customer wished to do so.

Q. How are daisy able to offer cheaper calls?

A. Daisy deal with tier one carriers who are able to route your call away from the BT network which dramatically reduces the cost of the call. Daisy are also able to provide a service where customers may remain on the BT network for calls, this also provides customers with a reduction in call charges.

Q. How are daisy able to offer the BT services that they do?

A. Deregulation of the UK telecommunications industry means that service providers like daisy can offer access to the BT network at reduced 'wholesale' rates.
