Q. Can I log a fault out of office hours

A.  You can now log a fault 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling 0871 222 0921.

You can now log a fault with Daisy 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling 0871 222 0921. Repair work on these faults is only carried out during the times shown for the relevant care level, although a temporary call divert can be set up to redirect your incoming calls 24/7.

If you pay for our Total Care service, then faults will be dealt with 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week including Bank and Public Holidays.

If you pay for Prompt Care then faults are dealt with during the periods of 0800 - 1700 hrs Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays.

Standard Care level faults are dealt with between 0800 - 1700 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays

Q. If there is a problem on my line who do I call?

A.  If the problem is on incoming and outgoing calls then the fault should be reported to whoever you pay your line rental to. Click here to run through the necessary checks before doing so.

Q. My lines are still with BT Retail but my calls are with daisy and I have a fault. Who do I call

A.  If the problem is just with outgoing calls then call daisy. To speed up the process please click on this link and run through the quick tests to provide the results when calling in. These tests will indicate if this is a line fault that you need to report to BT or if it is an issue daisy needs to raise with the carrier who routes our calls.

If the problem is on incoming and outgoing calls then the fault should be reported to BT if you pay line rental to them.

Q. Who fixes the problem?

A.  BT engineers still maintain the lines and are responsible for providing engineers to fix line problems. Once you have reported your line fault to daisy, we will make all the necessary arrangements for the BT engineer to attend the fault being experienced.
