Total Care Maintenance
Our flexible maintenance contracts provide cover from nine-to-five to 24 hours a day for a wide range of voice and data solutions, ensuring that you receive the maximum value, performance and continuity from your communications investment. With 24 hour cover costing only £3.30 per month - can you afford not to?
daisy can provide three levels of maintenance. Maintenance cover will ensure that you get the maximum value, performance and continuity from your communications investment.
Level 1 StandardCare
Cover for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (excluding public holidays)
Level 2 PromptCare
Cover for 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm (excluding public holidays)
Level 3 TotalCare
Cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Guaranteed 4 hour response time by a customer services representative.
Once you have called daisy we register the fault with BT Openreach who then investigate. Should the fault require an engineer's visit, a BT Openreach engineer will visit your site. Please note that if the fault is not with the BT service any site visit is chargeable.
These terms are consistent with those offered by BT Retail.
