Professional Installation Service - £750 per day
To qualify for technical support, the BlackBerry Software needs to be installed by one our qualified BlackBerry Support Engineers.
About the service
The Daisy professional services team will provide the installation and training to your IT administrator/s, which will aid your business in getting the most out of the BlackBerry solution. The process takes approximately one day, and will involve tailoring the server to your organisation’s needs. Once the installation is complete, your Daisy Engineer will perform a full diagnostic check to test the functionality of the BlackBerry Professional Software and Server. We’ll also ensure you are knowledgeable about:
• Installing and activating additional BlackBerry handhelds
• BlackBerry Professional Server statistics and reporting
• Procedures for the installation of service packs
• Creating company IT Policies and the security for your BlackBerry solution
• Handheld Configuration and device management
Prices Exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
Offer is subject to connections to the Network via Daisy systems on a minimum period agreement of 24 months.
