- Company completes acquisition of 3,700 customers from telecoms reseller 4com
- Reverse takeover of Freedom4, acquisition of Vialtus, leads to flotation of Daisy Group Plc on Alternative Investment Market.
- Daisy Group completes the acquisition of Eurotel, AT Communications and Redstone Telecom.
2008
- Placed 18th in Deloitte’s Fast50 chart, no.1 in the North West – following placement in 2007, continued growth recognised
- 17th and 18th acquisitions completed – customer numbers increase to 26,000
2007
- Daisy e-billing – launch of campaign to convert all customers on to environmentally friendly method of billing
- Placed 28th in Deloitte’s Fast50 chart for outstanding growth of 8021%
2006
- Accredited with BSi approved billing – an accreditation recognising proper management and control of billing capabilities.
- Acquisition of Logicom Systems – customer numbers increase to 16,000
2005
- Placed no.1 in The Sunday Times’ Tech Track as fastest growing technology company in the UK
- 3rd and 4th acquisitions completed – a further 2,500 customer join Daisy
2004
- Move into 20,000sq ft purpose built office complex in Lancashire
- First customer base acquisitions take place

- Awarded ISO14001 accreditation for ‘environment management systems
- Company reports first profit with turnover increasing to more than £2.5m
